SHILAJIT USAGE - I have noticed a variety of positive changes during this Shilajit study: The base joint of my thumbs used to be very painful every night. Now I rarely feel this pain. Pure-Legit Colorado Shilajit does more than simply energize the cells. Earth-made Shilajit is considered the Supreme Healing Agent in Ayurveda and Ancient Traditional Medicine.

First time users of Legit-Shilajit should begin with 1-3 drops twice per day. In our studies 1 person in 10 will have a detox reaction and that, at times can be very uncomfortable. (If significant discomfort occurs, titrate your dose to one drop per twice day for 7 days, then increase by one drop every other day).

Users who experience first doses without discomfort, my recommended intake (based on our Darkfield Microscopy Studies of first time users and practitioner feedbacks) is as follows, based on your weight:

Dosing is 9 drops twice per day for the baseline weight of 140 Lbs. For each 10 Lb. of weight, add or subtract 1 drop per dose. If you weigh 150 Lbs., your dose is 10 drops twice per day…

We do testing of all Shilajit Paste on a per batch basis. Unless stated, liquid dropper bottles contents are derived from the batch tested paste.

Pure Legit Shilajit Safety Testing

Shilajit can harden quickly – if paste or liquid spills onto the cap or lid threads, and is left to dry, it can be very difficult to reopen.

First, clean/wipe/use (paste mostly and 40 gram dropper bottle) and spillage from the cap and bottle/jar threads. Then close covers tightly.

If you find your Shilajit has hardened, run under or soak in warm water/hot for a minute or two – cap should open more easily
